They should not engage in negligent orevasive behavior.%u2022 Employees are expected to work conscientiously, take care of companyproperty, minimize waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.They must also maintain confidentiality regarding business or jobrelated matters.%u2022 Employees should follow the appropriate hierarchical channels forreporting job-related issues and should not bypass levels, except inurgent or special circumstances.%u2022 Employees are prohibited from bringing firearms, illegal substances,dangerous weapons, flammable or explosive materials, cameras, orany other non-work-related items into the workplace.%u2022 The company is committed to fostering a gender-equal and friendlywork environment. Sexual harassment and inappropriate relationshipsare strictly prohibited.
