736.6 Health and Safety6.6.1 Employee Safety%u2460The organization has a labor safety and health management system inplace, which includes Grade A safety personnel, Grade B safetypersonnel, environmental safety personnel, specialized toxic andhazardous materials personnel, organic solvent operations supervisors,and special chemical operations supervisors. These individuals areresponsible for public and personnel safety, environmental protection,waste management, and control of toxic and hazardous materials.Additionally, a Labor Safety and Health Management Committee isestablished, which holds quarterly environmental and safety managementmeetings to enhance the operational effectiveness of safety and healthpractices at the plant.%u2461 Insurance Coverage:The company has insurance for fire risk, typhoonrisk, earthquake risk, and public liability.%u2462 Work Environment Monitoring:In accordance with Article 10 of theOccupational Safety and Health Act's Work Environment Monitoring Implementation Rules, work environment monitoring is conducted twice a year. Any abnormalities are addressed immediately to ensure that workers' exposure to hazards is below standard values.%u2463Safety Inspections: Safety personnel conduct daily inspections of theplant and review the implementation of labor and environmental safetymeasures in each unit. In the event of a hazardous incident, they requirecorrective actions or halt operations as needed, and track improvementsuntil resolved.%u2464 Fire Safety: The company has a fire safety self-defense team andestablished emergency response procedures.
