Internally, compensationmust adhere to principles of fairness and consistency, reflecting aperformance-oriented culture and aligning with the company'scurrent and future organizational structure and overall salary levels.Externally, the company ensures competitiveness within the biotechindustry through its overall salary levels and reward systems.%u2461 The company's compensation includes both wages and non-wageallowances and rewards.%u2462 Wages consist of monthly base salary, position allowances, otherstipends, meal allowances, shift allowances, and overtime pay inaccordance with labor laws. The company participates in annualsalary surveys to obtain market salary information and adjustssalaries based on the achievement of annual business objectivesand individual performance evaluations.%u2463Non-wage allowances are managed according to specific allowance policies.The sources of bonuses under the incentive system come from the company's profits. After paying taxes, covering losses, and allocating dividends and reserve funds, any remaining surplus is allocated as bonuses.
