In view of the fact that "拜爾德有限公司" uses the English name "Bioteque Taiwan Ltd.," instances of public misunderstanding or confusion due to the similarity of English names have recently occurred. To prevent any third party from misunderstanding our company's identity, affiliates, business dealings, or licensing relationships, BIOTEQUE CORPORATION hereby solemnly declares as follows:

The following companies, organizations, websites, and any individuals or legal entities using the following English names are NOT branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, controlled companies, agents, representatives, or other entities authorized by BIOTEQUE CORPORATION. No relationship of investment, shareholding, control, affiliation, agency, representation, or licensing exists between them and our company:

All activities, transactions, communications, representations, commitments, advertisements, marketing, product sales, business conduct, or other legal acts undertaken by the aforementioned companies, organizations, or any individuals or legal entities using said English names are NOT conducted by BIOTEQUE CORPORATION or its affiliates. Furthermore, such actions have not been authorized, commissioned, consented to, or approved by our company or our affiliates, and shall not be deemed as the actions or expressions of intent of our company or our affiliates.

Before engaging in business transactions, product procurement, executing contracts, making payments, transferring funds, submitting regulatory applications, registering products, or participating in other activities involving our company, any third party who has doubts about the counterparty's identity or their relationship with our company should first verify and confirm with us directly.
