OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON CLARIFICATION OF CORPORATE NAME AND IDENTITY

 

Whereas Bioteque Taiwan Ltd. is the English name duly registered and used in Taiwan by 拜爾德有限公司, and instances of confusion or mistaken identification have recently arisen due to the similarity of corporate names, BIOTEQUE CORPORATION (邦特生物科技股份有限公司) hereby issues this formal statement to prevent any misunderstanding regarding corporate identity, affiliation, business relationship, or authorization.
The companies, organizations, websites, and any individuals or legal entities using the English names listed below are not branches, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlled entities, agents, representatives, or otherwise authorized entities of BIOTEQUE CORPORATION. Nor does BIOTEQUE CORPORATION have any investment, shareholding, control, affiliation, agency, representation, authorization, or other corporate relationship with any of them:

Before entering into any commercial transaction, purchasing products, executing agreements, making payments or remittances, submitting regulatory applications, registering products, or engaging in any other activity purportedly involving BIOTEQUE CORPORATION, any third party having doubts as to the identity of the counterparty or its relationship with BIOTEQUE CORPORATION should first verify such identity or relationship directly with BIOTEQUE CORPORATION in order to avoid any misunderstanding or mistaken identification arising from similar corporate names or other circumstances.
BIOTEQUE CORPORATION hereby makes this public statement for clarification and requests all parties to exercise due care in distinguishing the entities identified above from BIOTEQUE CORPORATION.
Any unauthorized use of the name, trade name, trademark, logo, corporate identity, or other identifying indicia of BIOTEQUE CORPORATION, or any other conduct that may cause third parties to mistakenly believe that a person or entity is affiliated with, represents, or has been authorized by BIOTEQUE CORPORATION, may result in BIOTEQUE CORPORATION taking such actions as it deems appropriate under applicable law to protect its lawful rights and interests.
