Intellectual property management plan
I. Plan Objectives:
Against the backdrop of intensifying global climate change and increasingly severe energy shortages, countries around the world have introduced carbon reduction and energy-saving policies, striving toward the goal of building a low-carbon and sustainable environment. Local manufacturing has become one of the most effective tools for carbon reduction.
Bioteque Corporation(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has long aligned with government policies promoting the biotechnology industry and is committed to developing high-end medical consumables. In addition to replacing imported products, the Company is actively expanding into international markets. Through continuous innovation and the development of green components, the Company ensures that its products meet high energy efficiency and carbon reduction standards, in line with its green innovation and sustainable business development strategy.
To safeguard its hard-earned technological achievements, the Company has formulated an “Intellectual Property Management Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “the Plan”) that integrates corporate operational goals and resources. The Plan aims to establish a business model that creates corporate value through intellectual property rights, enhance employees’ correct understanding of intellectual property management, and provide clear guidelines for managing such matters. At the same time, it ensures the protection of the Company’s rights and competitive advantages while preventing infringement of others’ rights.
After approval by the Board of Directors, the Plan and its implementation status will be reported to the Board at least once annually on a regular basis.

Under professional consultation, the second phase of TIPS introduction will focus on establishing a Trademark Management System to build a comprehensive trademark management framework. This system will cover pre-naming risk assessment, trademark design documentation, trademark portfolio management, compliance in trademark use, and infringement risk control. - Enhancing Patent Quality and Protection Measures, and Expanding Green Innovation Technology Deployment:
